With over 45 years of experience in casino gaming and hospitality, Michael has held senior leadership roles in integrated resorts, hotels, and casinos across Asia, the USA, Tribal Gaming, and the Bahamas. He has led the launch of 12 high-profile properties, including Venetian Las Vegas, City of Dreams Macau, and Caesars Palace, managing everything from budgeting to recruitment.

President of GGAM, managing global hospitality and gaming assets. As former president of global operations at Las Vegas Sands, Bradley oversaw the Venetian Las Vegas, Palazzo, Venetian Macao, and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. A Cornell graduate, he serves on the SHA Dean's Advisory Board and the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at Cornell University and Weill Cornell Medical Center.
