How Guests Order
Guests scan a QR code from their room and browse a live menu. Here's the full experience from browse to delivery.
A curated, property-branded menu is organized by category — beverages, coffee, snacks, alcohol, sundries, retail items, OTC medicine, and prepared food. This includes grab-and-go sandwiches and items like pizza and breakfast burritos. We design the selection to fit your clientele, ranging from a convenient grab-and-go assortment to a high-end, boutique grocery experience, where every item shows price and availability in real time.

The cart displays an itemized order summary including tax and minimum order requirements. Review your items and select Checkout to proceed to the next step.

Guests enter their contact information and room number, then select their preferred payment method (Stripe, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bill to Room). Guests can choose to receive their order ASAP or schedule it for a later time. Once payment is processed, order fulfillment begins automatically.

After placing the order, track its progress on a live screen: Order Received, Being Prepared, Robot En Route, and Delivered. When the order arrives, you will be notified via text, email, or the web app and prompted to accept the delivery. Once accepted, the robot will open its doors, allowing you to remove the tray and enjoy your order.

The selection is designed for each property, ranging from grab-and-go convenience items to a high-end boutique grocery experience, so the exact menu depends on the hotel.
Depending on the hotel, you can charge the order to your room bill or pay by card through Stripe at checkout.
After ordering, you'll see a live tracking screen — order received, preparing, robot en route, and delivered. When it arrives, you're notified by text, email, or in the web app.
